Long and sweet. Grown in Kujo village in Kyoto many years. Used as condiments.Spring onions are often cooked in Sukiyaki or dishes of duck meat, and hot pot dishes. Also used a lot as condiments in Japanese Soba or noodles as they remove meat and fishy smell and warm up the bodies.

Attention
