Delivery

MONO JAPAN shop delivers in all of Europe. For transport and delivery, we work together with PostNL and DHL. You can choose to have your package delivered at home or specify an alternative address.

Attention: you cannot use a PO box address.

The order will be sent after your purchase, and Yamamo Miso and Soy Sauce Brewing Company will ship the products from Japan. The expected delivery is middle December, 2021. 

Shipping charges

Per region MONO SHOP only has one shipping charge despite size or weight, which will be charged per order. Free shipping service does not apply to this product.

Delivery times

After we have received your payment we will do our best to send your order as fast as possible.

Within 1~3 working days you will receive an e-mail with track & trace code. With this track & trace code, you can follow the exact status of the delivery.

In case an article is not in stock, we will order it for you and provide you an estimated delivery time.

In case you have not received your order after the delivery time has passed, please contact us at shop@monojapan.nl

Attention: After the shipping is arranged and the package is handed to the shipping company, we cannot stop or change the delivery.

Delivery outside Europe

Shipping fees for deliveries outside Europe are not refundable in the event an order is refused for any reason when international delivery attempted. If an order is refused for any reason, merchandise price only will be refunded to credit card holders when the merchandise is returned to us.

If your delivery address is not within the EU countries, please note that customers the person purchasing are responsible for all duties and customs fees. Customs and import duties may be levied by your local government. 

Return shipping and Damage claims

Return and exchange

The products of MONO MONTHLY / Yamamo are food products. Therefore, we do not accept the returns.

 

Damage claims

If there is a damage to the product shipped to you, please email us at shop@monojapan.nl with a clear photo of the damaged product. We will give you a refund after confirming the damage. In this case, there is no need to return the product to us.
