A beautiful, 33 cm long pigeon with a feather in striking colors. Flies to beaches to drink seawater and often visit hot springs to take salt and minerals. Its staple foods are nuts and fruits that can be easily crushed. Its call sounds like a funny "Oh Ah Oh".
