Experience the artistry of traditional Japanese noodles. This hand-crafted pack of Inaniwa Udon is made using only the highest-quality flour and backed by over 400 years of time-honored expertise.
Crafted with fresh spring water from the Kurikoma Mountains and a pinch of Japanese sea salt, these noodles possess a distinctively light yet chewy texture. This exceptional quality comes from four days of rigorous hand-kneading and traditional maturation. This meticulous process creates tiny air bubbles within the dough that expand during cooking, allowing the thinly cut noodles to boil in just 3 minutes while maintaining a remarkably silky, chewy and satisfying bite.
