A herbivorous dinosaur that inhabited the North American continent about 150 to 66 million years ago. Overall length of about 9 meters and a weight of 12 tons. It has large hard frills on its head and three horns that earned him his Greek name Triceratops '"three-horned face". Its mouth is pointy and somewhat resembles a bird's beak.
