Choro Koji’s Shiro Miso : A subtly sweet, nutty paste made from yellow pea and short-grain rice. This short-term fermented paste is soy-free.

• Short grain rice from Italy (Koro)
• Yellowpea from the Netherlands (Klompe)
• Salt from France (Trad Y Sel)
• Authentic Koji spores directly imported from Japan (Hishiroku/Akitakonno)

Shelf life: 2 months when stored in the refrigerator, 6 months when stored in the freezer.
