Hugmill ran a bakery in Japan for ten years before coming to the Netherlands.

With five years of experience as a pâtissier in addition to our bakery experience, they craft gentle, refined flavors with care and precision. Through their Japanese-style breads and sweets, we hope to bring moments of warmth and comfort into your everyday life.

Please make sure to pick it up by Sunday.

Storage & Best Enjoyment of their bread

Our breads are best enjoyed within two days, including the day they are baked. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to two weeks. Wrap the bread well to keep out air before freezing.

To serve, thaw at room temperature for about 1 hour, then warm gently in a toaster for the best flavor and texture.
