Made with perfectly ripened Nanko plums harvested by local farmers, this plum wine is crafted immediately after picking. We then extract the rich plum essence over six months. To create its unique, luscious texture, the steeped plum pulp is carefully sieved and blended back in, resulting in an incredibly concentrated umeshu.
Enjoy its intense richness on the rocks, or mix it with soda water for a truly aromatic flavor where the plum still shines through. You can even reduce it down to create a delicious topping for ice cream!
