Autumn and winter are a special time for enjoying ceramics in Japan. As the seasons turn, the table becomes warmer, richer and more inviting — and the donabe, a traditional Japanese earthenware pot, becomes an essential part of winter cooking and gathering around the table.
Discover a curated selection of ceramics from makers we’ve met and worked with over the years, including new porcelain works by Aya, our Arita-born porcelain artist, and Yamatsu Pottery, first introduced at MONO JAPAN Fair.
