Made by Japanese traditional method "Kigata Banko" using a puzzled wooden mold. Each pot is painted by hand individually. This hand-crafted teapot has a ceramic tea strainer inside. It makes a mild tea taste and brings out the best taste of your tea. This teapot can contain approximately 6 cups of tea.
For those wanting to brighten up their morning, midday, and evening rituals with a bit of traditional simplicity. Heat water on your stove top, add tea leaves and hot water to the teapot, allow to steep, sip a hot cup of tea, and enjoy moments of slow living.
The lid is decorated with Nanten berry. The Nanten tree bears fruit from late autumn to early winter, has long been known as a lucky tree that can be planted in gardens, and is associated with 'turning difficulties around to bring good fortune'.
Due to the nature of the making process, no two pots are exactly alike.
Dishwasher and microwave safe, hand wash recommended.
