Countries around the world are taking measures due to the coronavirus that may affect logistical processes. In addition to delays in many destinations, some countries are updating their processes to minimise contact between deliverer and recipient during pick up and drop off. This can mean that they no longer request a signature for receipt, and the shipment is simply delivered. It also may be the case that routes into certain countries become unavailable. MONO JAPAN shop delivers in all of Europe. For transport and delivery, we work together with PostNL. You can choose to have your package delivered at home or specify an alternative address.

Attention: you cannot use a PO box address.

Delivery times.
After we have received your payment we will do our best to send your order as fast as possible. On the day of the shipping, we will send you an e-mail with track & trace code. With this track & trace code, you can follow the exact status of the delivery.

In case an article is not in stock, we will order it for you and provide you an estimated delivery time.

Delivery outside Europe
Shipping fees for deliveries outside Europe are not refundable in the event an order is refused for any reason when international delivery attempted. If an order is refused for any reason, merchandise price only will be refunded to credit card holders when the merchandise is returned to us.

Return shipping and Damage claims

Return and exchange
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.

Damage claims

MONO JAPAN online shop accepts damage claims within 14 days. After 14 days damage claims can no longer be accepted. Original (damaged) goods and packaging need to be kept and handled according to MONO JAPAN online shop instructions.
