Delivery
MONO SHOP delivers in all of Europe. For transport and delivery, we work together with PostNL. You can choose to have your package delivered at home or specify an alternative address. All the shippings will be arranged during our opening hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00).
Attention: you cannot use a PO box address. If you prefer to use DHL, please tell us by email.
Shipping charges
Per region MONO SHOP only has one shipping charge despite size or weight, which will be charged per order.

Delivery times
After we have received your payment we will do our best to send your order as fast as possible.
Within 1~3 working days you will receive an e-mail with track & trace code. With this track & trace code, you can follow the exact status of the delivery.
In case an article is not in stock, we will order it for you and provide you an estimated delivery time.
In case you have not received your order after the delivery time has passed, please contact us at shop@monojapan.nl.
Attention: After the shipping is arranged and the package is handed to the shipping company, we cannot stop or change the delivery.
Delivery outside Europe
Shipping fees for deliveries outside Europe are not refundable in the event an order is refused for any reason when international delivery attempted. If an order is refused for any reason, merchandise price only will be refunded to credit card holders when the merchandise is returned to us.
If your delivery address is not within the EU countries, please note that customers the person purchasing are responsible for all duties and customs fees. Customs and import duties may be levied by your local government.
Return shipping and Damage claims
Return and exchange
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging.
You will need to pay all return postage costs, import duties and customs fee unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint. Once your return is received, inspected and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damage claims
MONO SHOP accepts damage claims within 14 days. After 14 days damage claims can no longer be accepted. Original (damaged) goods and packaging need to be kept and handled according to MONO SHOP instructions.
We will not accept: Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.
