Denim wear was born from POLS, a well-known Banshu weaving company.
Denim Jacquard fabric, which can only be made by POLS, was created through a collaboration of the Banshu weaving organization in Hyogo Prefecture and the weaving and processing technology of the Bingo region in Okayama Prefecture.
The fabric uses indigo rope-dyed yarn, which is also used for denim.
For the black color, the denim jacquard fabric is woven with rope-dyed yarn as with other POLS denim items, and the product is sewn and further overdyed in black.
There are some individual differences in the design.
A long denim coat in the form of a chester coat that is easy to wear for both men and women. Denim Jacquard fringe is decorated on the sleeves.
Because it is finished in a relaxed size, it can be worn with thicker clothes such as knits, and can be worn throughout the year.
＜ TEXTILE ＞
The design was created by imagining a scene where the color of the sea changes with the passage of time.
The jacquard fabric in navy is reminiscent of a morning when fresh air seems to be in the air, while the jacquard fabric in brown is reminiscent of a sunset sky and the sea blending together.
The denim material of the same pattern expresses a sense of nostalgia like a black-and-white film.
