Jabara sake is a Japanese citrus liqueur made with sake and the rare Jabara citrus fruit, which grows exclusively in Kitayama village, Wakayama.

The alcohol content is 8% and the liqueur contains no artificial products.

Taste

Balanced sweet, bitter and sour taste. Has a nice ripe flavour from sake. It goes well with heavy meals or digestif for refreshment and for cocktails.
