Postcard - Wisteria and little cuckoo (Hototogisu)

At the end of spring, wisteria flowers are in full bloom. The hototogisu, lured by the scent of sweet honey, is a bird heralding the arrival of summer. This combination was often written in poems as a seasonal scene from late spring to early summer.
