Join us for a special edition of Tasting Saturday, created in collaboration with CHORO KOJI.
Throughout the day, Japanese fermenter and founder Hiroki Kudo will be at MONO JAPAN STORE, sharing the story behind his handcrafted miso and fermented products.
Enjoy tastings while learning about traditional fermentation methods, the role of koji, the differences between each miso, and the history behind this essential part of Japanese food culture.
This is not a scheduled workshop, but an informal tasting event. Feel free to drop by at any time during our opening hours, ask questions, and discover the world of Japanese fermentation directly from the maker.
In addition to the CHORO KOJI range, you will also have the opportunity to taste many other Japanese foods available at MONO JAPAN STORE.
