SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery

MONO JAPAN STORE delivers to countries throughout Europe and selected destinations worldwide.

Orders are shipped from our store in Rotterdam using PostNL. Depending on the destination, we may use another carrier when appropriate. If you prefer DHL, please contact us before your order is shipped.

You can have your order delivered to your home or to another suitable delivery address. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Orders are processed during our opening hours:

Tuesday–Saturday: 10:30–18:00
Sunday: 12:00–18:00

Shipping charges

We charge a fixed shipping fee per order, regardless of the size or weight of the order.

Europe Region 1

Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France (including Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (including the Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands), and Sweden.

Europe Region 2

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Türkiye, Vatican City, and other destinations included in our shipping service.

United States

Due to current shipping restrictions and regulations, PostNL may not be available for shipments to the United States. Where applicable, we use FedEx or another suitable carrier to ensure reliable delivery.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to the United States.

Delivery times

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible after payment has been received.

You will normally receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you can use the Track & Trace code to follow its delivery status.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances beyond our control.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at shop@monojapan.nl.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to change or stop the delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees and taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please check the customs and import regulations of your country before placing an order.
