Wholesale Terms and Conditions
MONO SHOP offers the wholesale prices with three brands (Rokuhichido, PYYLE, Kodama Toki, Yamachiku and MONO JAPAN Tea Towel) and the products of MONO MONTHLY for professional buyers.

Sales conditions
- Order
After your B2B registration are activated, wholesale purchasing will be available on the MONO SHOP. For the balk order or ordering the products not in our stock, we will inform you of the delivery schedule.
- Prices and VAT
The price we provide is including all import custom and duty costs from Japan.
Please note that the shipping cost from the Netherlands to your address is not
included. For orders from outside the Netherlands, we issue the invoice without
VAT. However, in case clients in the EU area do not have a VAT number, VAT will be charged on the invoice.
- Payment
Payment must be completed on the MONO SHOP. The shipping cost will be charged by separate invoice before shipment date. After we received your payment, we start the procedure of delivery.
- Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and/or shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
- Production Availability
Due to the nature of our suppliers, small handcraft producers, product availability or lead times cannot always be guaranteed. Out of stock products may not always be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or no longer supply any or all products or to cancel any order.
- Lead Time for Products not in stock
Please consider to plan ahead, lead times for most of our producers vary between
two to three months.
- Shipping
MONO SHOP delivers in all of Europe. For transport and delivery, we work
together with local carriers. Please note that a PO box cannot be used as an address. Wholesale prices are not including all costs of shipping. The shipping cost on the MONO SHOP for retail sales is not applicable for B2B customers. We try to send your products with the lowest cost.
- Damage claims
MONO SHOP accepts damage claims within 14 days. After 14 days damage claims can no longer be accepted. Original (damaged) goods and packaging need to be kept and handled according to our instructions.
