Caring instructions:
The raw materials used for AIZAWA (KITO) products are thoroughly dried before manufacturing. They should not warp hard or crack during regular use unless exposed to extreme temperature/humidity differences abruptly.
They are coated with liquid glass and are also suitable for serving foods. Dishwashing detergent and a sponge can be used to wash the products. A dump cloth may also be used to wipe off minor stains.
Do not use a dishwasher.
