Atelier Hifumi is a lacquerware and jewellery designer who uses natural materials and tools. Atelier Hifumi is run by Mio Heki. She works together with craftspeople in Kyoto to create and repair products, which can take between 6 - 12 months. In her work, Mio considers how we can live in harmony with nature and its cycles.
