Experience the artistry of traditional Japanese noodles. This hand-crafted pack of Inaniwa Soumen is made using only the highest-quality flour and backed by over 400 years of time-honored expertise.
Crafted with fresh spring water from the Kurikoma Mountains and a pinch of Japanese sea salt, these noodles possess a distinctively light yet chewy texture. This exceptional quality comes from four days of rigorous hand-kneading and traditional maturation. This meticulous process creates tiny air bubbles within the dough that expand during cooking, allowing the thinly cut noodles to boil in just 1.5 minutes while maintaining a remarkably silky, chewy and satisfying bite.
