One of the largest mollusks that lived in the shallow waters of Siberia about 470 million years ago (mid-Ordovician). The total length is about 6 to 11 meters. It is covered with a hard conical shell, one third of which is the soft body. It is said that the prey was captured with a 1-meter-long tentacle and crushed with a hard beak at the base of the arm.

Original drawing by Kosuke, an elementary school boy living in Kyoto. Kousuke is an elementary school boy living in Kyoto. His favorites are dinosaurs and paleontology.
