Japanese Sun & Rain Umbrella
Designed primarily as a sun umbrella, this Japanese-made umbrella can also be used in light rain.
The fabric is treated with both UV protection and water-repellent / water-resistant finishes, making it suitable for everyday use in changing weather.
Please note that it is primarily designed as a sun umbrella and is not intended for heavy rain or severe weather.
Its lightweight construction makes it easy to carry, while the carefully crafted details reflect the quality and thoughtfulness of Japanese manufacturing.
Textile Folding Umbrella
At the heart of this folding umbrella is the colourful POLS DOT textile — a playful pattern originally introduced in the SS20 collection and now revived for this umbrella.
The pattern features the POLS logo rendered in dots, creating a distinctive textile that the brand hopes to develop into one of its signature POLS designs.
The transparent pouch keeps the textile visible even when the umbrella is folded, turning a practical accessory into something to enjoy.
A small everyday object, bringing together pattern, function and playfulness.

Handling Precautions
・The pattern placement on jacquard fabric may vary from item to item.
・Due to the delicate nature of the material, threads may come loose or the weave may shift.
・To remove dust or other dirt, dampen a soft cloth with water or a diluted neutral detergent, wring it out, and gently dab the surface to wipe it clean. Afterward, be sure to let it dry thoroughly, such as by air-drying in the shade.
・Avoid storing or leaving the umbrella in its dedicated pouch while it is still wet. This can cause color transfer or mold growth.
・Do not place a wet umbrella directly inside your bag. This may cause color transfer to other items in the bag.
・The dedicated pouch is not completely waterproof. When carrying a wet umbrella, please use a plastic bag or a completely waterproof umbrella case.
