Common Squid "Surume-ika". Around 90 species live in the sea near Japan. Muscular and elastic it usually has 10 suckers on each arm. Squid is one of the most popular foods in Japan. It is said that around 40 % of the global catch is consumed here. To name a few of the most popular, Japanese common squid, spear squid, bigfin reef squid, cuttlefish, and firefly squid. There are all good for sashimi, sushi, cooked, grilled, fried, dried, and so on.

Attention
The patches can be ironed on cotton and polyester materials. Use a damp cloth under the iron when ironing, and be extra careful if you are ironing on heat-sensitive materials. Machine stitching is recommended to enhance strength.
