Instructions
To prepare, add 1–2 tablespoons of Sobacha to a cup or teapot and pour over 200–300 ml of hot water. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes before enjoying. For a refreshing cold brew, steep the roasted buckwheat seeds in water and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
After brewing, the roasted buckwheat seeds can also be eaten, adding a pleasant texture to meals and helping reduce waste.
Alternatively, enjoy the roasted seeds as a topping by sprinkling them over salads, yogurt, ice cream, rice dishes, or baked goods for added crunch and nutty flavour.
