The Crunch series creates a distinctive new surface by intentionally crushing discarded ceramic and porcelain pieces into coarse fragments and incorporating them into the material.
The functional, simple form allows the natural character of the material to take centre stage, highlighting the beauty and essence of clay.

Information
The soft, organic appearance of the vase is created using a slip-casting process.
The rim is intentionally given minimal finishing to preserve its natural, handcrafted appearance. Please keep the vase away from small children, as the unfinished edges may be sharp.
To clean the vase, use a firm brush or diluted bleach.
Please note: This is the long version of the vase, with an outer diameter of 80 mm.
Slip casting is a manufacturing process in which liquid clay is poured into a mould and the piece is removed once the clay has partially hardened.
