A new line by Takarajima Senko, created using traditional hand-dyeing techniques applied to synthetic fabrics with chemical dyes.
Each piece carries the subtle variations and organic character unique to handwork, while the use of modern materials introduces a sharp, edgy expression. This line brings together the distinct qualities of both tradition and innovation.
The tapered pants from the “-thus-” series, first released three years ago and well received, return with a renewed pattern.
Crafted from nylon fabric in White, Mocha, and Brown, each piece is finished with black tie-dye.
The pattern is named “SQUALL.”
Designed as a unisex piece, these tapered pants feature a relaxed fit around the thighs that gradually narrows toward the hem, creating a clean and refined silhouette.
Made from lightweight, quick-drying nylon, they can be easily folded into a compact size—making them an ideal option for travel.
