A double-woven shawl woven by hand-spun mechanical weaving in India, and it is dyed in Amami Oshima, Japan. We can enjoy the natural gradation of the indigo, which is created by the number of dyeing steps.
Material 100% Linen (handwoven), Natural indigo dye
Size 100 x 200cm
Woven in India
Dyed in Japan (5 times by indigo, 3 times by mud dyeing)
This product is dyed with the natural plant (indigo dyeing). Please note that there is unevenness due to natural dyeing. By repeating washing and drying under the sun, the colour will change. That creates the unique charm of this shawl.
* Due to dyeing by skilled craftsmen, no major discolouration will occur, but separate washing from white cloth items makes no risk.
